Howard B. Brookins Sr., a retired State of Illinois Senator and his wife, Audrey M. Brookins are active pillars of the community. Both are members of Trinity United Church of Christ; together they serve on numerous boards and participate in many organizations.

Andrea L. Brookins, a woman with a heart for her community is married to the Rev. Dr. Norval I. Brown, and together they are the parents of Arifa L. Brookins Hinton and Gregory H. Brookins Hinton, Crystal E. Brown and Christopher E. Brown. Andrea is a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ. She services her community through involvement in many organizations and committees including:

Attorney Howard B. Brookins, Jr., a servant of the community, is the Alderman of the 21st Ward of Chicago, Illinois. Howard is married to Eboni M.Brookins, and together they are the parents of Howard B.Brookins III and Harihson B. Brookins. Howard and Eboni are members of Trinity United Church of Christ. Together they serve the community through numerous committees and organizations inclusive of:
